Alcatraz Disco

The Alcatraz in Milan is much more than a disco: with its 3,000 sq.m. it has always distinguished itself for its multifunctional use at the service of music, from the organisation of festivals and events to the conserts of the greatest Italian and International artists.

From Amy Winehouse to The Killer, Subsonica, and Skunk Anansie, the Alcatraz is an obligatory stop for the tours of all the most famous names on the world music scene who, during the week, fill the large hall and the club, leaving  the scene to Dj's who animate the evenings of the weekend until dawn.

The scenography is suggestive with its cages for dancers and two cells for the Dj's which are placed in strategic positions so as to exploit the legendary acoustics of the club, its real strongpoint also thanks to the mobile walls that can divide the space into smaller halls when necessary.
